i liked the cozy atmosphere of the pub area with its comfortable seating. the breakfast included tasty options like smoked salmon. my room featured effective air conditioning which was welcome. i found convenient toiletries provided in the bathroom alongside fresh towels.
the room was located a little far from reception.

fantastic stay!
friendly staff comfortable place large shower head
The staff was friendly and accommodating! i needed an extension lead to dry my hair as there were no plugs near the mirror, and the team helped. the place was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. the shower had a hot and large rainforest style head. I loved it.
the room was dated! the bed was comfortable, though the room was hot, so i had to turn the air con on in the middle of the night.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They provided excellent service to all guests. all my requests were addressed immediately, and i felt very welcome. the team was always available and ready to assist with a smile.

easy parking amazing breakfast friendly staff
i found the parking very easy. the breakfast tasted amazing, a real treat to start the day. the staff seemed friendly, always ready with a smile. the location proved ideal, so close to everything i wanted to see.
i noticed that my room did not have a safe.

Adequate stay with some drawbacks
shower choice friendly staff mould windows old bedroom
The room was clean. I also appreciated the choice between a shower or bath (this was a nice addition!). The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The corridor carpet had some dirt. I found the bedrooms in need of an update. There was also black mould on the wooden window frames. As a supposedly 4-star hotel, i expected an in-room safe.
